It is a program that seeks to instill basic financial skills in the students of schools and colleges of the 5 sectors with the greatest economic depression in the city of Guayaquil in order to achieve a socio-economic paradigm shift in the medium and long term.
Schools
In the last 3 years of school education, a year-long course will be taught where the basic principles of saving and investment will be taught in a playful way, and then take the first steps in entrepreneurship.
Colleges
Already with the bases of what they learned in school, the students of the last 2 years of school will participate in an international diploma where they will learn everything they need to be able to start their own business and, as the end of the course, they will have to develop a plan of business to participate in an entrepreneurship challenge where they will be able to obtain the necessary financing to start their first company, as well as total scholarships and advice to be able to pursue university studies in different institutions at an international level. In case they are not considered for financing, the diploma course will provide them with solid practical knowledge that will give them a plus when applying for a job if they prefer not to continue with their university studies.
