It is a community entrepreneurship teaching program that seeks to empower women from the marginal sectors of the city of Guayaquil in the technological aspect through the learning of specific skills that can take their ideas and goals to the next level.
The project will select the 5 sectors with the highest level of poverty in the city and women who wish to participate will be able to enroll in them to receive the program that will train them in everything necessary to carry out a technology-based community project. The training process will culminate with the presentation of a project for each sector that will participate in a challenge that will provide a prize of $ 50,000 for the winner. Angel investors will also be present at the event who will be able to invest in the projects that seem most attractive to them.
The 4 remaining sectors, if they do not receive financing from angel investors, may choose to enroll in the "CRECE" project, which consists of training participants to teach home economics and entrepreneurship to students from schools and colleges in their respective sectors; thus, MADERA DE GUERRERA project, it seeks to benefit all participants by promoting labor inclusion either with a job as trainers or as owners of their own company.
